While the best research can give you a sense of a segment or customer, it doesn't always provide what's going on in the minds of individuals. Does one standard fit all? In terms of meeting expectation in terms of deadline and quality - yes. We spend time before a project to understand you, your client/customer and the market your business operates in. We'd like to think that we are armed with everything we need to deliver for you. On more complex and costly projects we may recommend more detailed research. We'll provide a prese and rationale for approach. We'd like to think we can get it right 100% of the time. An indiviual's taste or opinions can be. We beleive our efforts should be directed at influencing the consumer. It could could be a colour, a word or an image. If we have missed the point, then we'll do our best t ocorrect the oversight. |
